Commission denies applications by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated
27 September 2001, on behalf of Island Telecom Inc. and Maritime
Tel&Tel Limited, to modify the option currently available to Centrex
service customers under contract for a minimum contract period (MCP).

2002-197 The
Commission denies the application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated
12 December 2001, to introduce a new unlimited features package under
Maritime Tel & Tel Limited General Tariff item 1600,

2002-198 The
Commisson denies an application by Bell Canada, dated 26 October
2001, to modify the provisions relating to contracts for Centrex service
under a minimum contract period (MCP). Reference: TN 6624.
2002-199 The
Commission denies an application by Bell Canada, dated 26 October
2001, to modify various items of its General Tariff relating to
conversions or migrations from one service to another when the services
are subject to the terms of a minimum contract period (MCP). Reference:

2002-200 The
Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated
10 December 2001, to withdraw the Message Link from the Call Answer
Plus and Call Answer Message Manager packages of Bell Canada's Integrated
Voice Messaging Service (IVMS). Reference: TN 6637.
2002-201 Aliant
Telecom Inc. submitted an application dated 27 February 2002 to move
its four regional Late Payment Charge tariffs to the Aliant Telecom
