APPROVED - Use of 90.9 MHz by the CBC’s new French-language station at Vancouver. 2002-130 Rogers Broadcasting Limited, Sechelt and Gibsons, British Columbia. APPROVED -Increase of the effective radiated power of CISC-FM Gibsons from 33 watts to 820 watts. 2002-131 Rogers Radio (British Columbia) Ltd., Chilliwack and Vancouver, British Columbia. APPROVED - Relocation of CKVX-FM-2 Vancouver to another location on Mount Seymour and increase of the effective radiated power from 14,000 watts to 14,100 watts. 2002-132 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Halifax, Nova Scotia; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence to carry on a French-language FM radio programming undertaking at Halifax with transmitters at Charlottetown and St. John’s. The licence will expire 31 August 2008. 2002-133 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence to carry on a French-language FM radio programming undertaking at Calgary with a transmitter at Edmonton. The licence will expire 31 August 2008. Telecom Orders:2002-182 The Commission approves on a final basis the application by Aliant Telecom Inc. on behalf of NBTel Inc. (NBTel), dated 28 January 2002, to revise NBTel's General Tariff item 165, Enhanced Business Communications Service, in order to increase the monthly rate for each access to extended call management service from $30 to $50. Reference: NBTel TN 874. 2002-183 The Commission approves the application by Bell Canada, dated 28 March 2002, to revise its Special Facilities Tariff in order to introduce a new item numbered B89(a), Virtual Office Routes. The new item relates to the provision of digital multiplex system translations to provide a Centrex customer virtual office routes to prevent a call busy condition. Reference: TN 6664. Eff. date = 07.05.02. 2002-184 The Commission approves the application by Northwestel Inc., dated 20 March 2002, to revise Special Services Tariff item 725, 56 kbps and 32 kbps ADPCM Digital Circuits, in order to provide high speed dedicated 56 kbps and 32 kbps ADPCM channels on a point-to-point basis from northern locations to Edmonton and North Bay, for a specific customer under a month to month contract.
