Broadcasting Notice:

2002-24 Amendments to the Specialty Services Regulations, 1990 and the Pay Television Regulations, 1990 - Ownership of discretionary services – Requirements for prior approval.

Telecom Order:

2002-187 The Commission approves the application by Bell Canada, dated 4 April 2002, to revise its Special Facilities Tariff in order to introduce a new item numbered F36(a), Emergency Radio Plan. The new item relates to the provision of a custom-designed arrangement that will permit a customer to switch its audio channels from one designated location to an alternate designated location during an emergency condition. Reference: TN 6665. Eff. date = 09.05.02.
