2002-360 CHUM (Ottawa) Inc., Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED -
Broadcasting licences to operate new transitional digital radio
undertakings to serve Ottawa, associated with its existing
stations, CJMJ-FM and CFGO Ottawa. Each licence will expire
31 August 2005.
2002-361 CHUM Limited, Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED - Broadcasting
licences to operate new transitional digital radio undertakings to
serve Ottawa, associated with its existing stations, CKKL-FM and
CFRA Ottawa. Each licence will expire 31 August 2005.
2002-362 Standard Radio Inc., Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED -
Broadcasting licence to operate new transitional digital radio
undertaking to serve Ottawa, associated with its existing station,
CKQB-FM Ottawa. The licence will expire 31 August 2005.
2002-363 Astral Radio inc., Gatineau, Quebec. APPROVED -
Broadcasting licences to operate new transitional digital radio
undertakings to serve Gatineau, associated with its existing
stations, CJRC and CKTF-FM Gatineau. Each licence will expire

Broadcasting licences to operate new transitional digital radio
undertaking that would have been associated with CIOX-FM Smiths

Ontario. APPROVED - Broadcasting licences to operate new
transitional digital radio undertakings to serve Ottawa,
associated with the following existing stations: CKBY-FM, CIWW and
CHEZ-FM Ottawa. Each licence will expire 31 August 2005.
2002-366 Télémédia Radio (Québec) inc., on behalf of
3903206 Canada inc., Gatineau, Quebec. APPROVED - Broadcasting
licence to operate new transitional digital radio undertaking to
serve Gatineau, associated with its existing station, CIMF-FM
Gatineau. The licence will expire 31 August 2005.
Broadcasting Public Notice:
2002-48-1 Call for comments on the establishment of the rules to govern
the distribution of specialty services on the basic service of fully
digital cable undertakings. Extension of deadlines: comments –
15 February 2003 and replies – 15 March 2003.
