Telecom Decisions:
2002-63 The
Commission approves MTS Communications Inc.'s (MTS) capital expenditures
related to its service improvement plan (SIP) for the years 2003 and 2004.
The Commission will issue a separate decision, at a later date, which will
consider all other issues related to MTS' SIP. Reference: 8638-C12-58/01.
2002-64 The
Commission approves an amendment to the National Contribution Fund
Administration Agreement. The Commission also approves the French-language
version of the agreement. Reference: 8638-C12-45/00.
Telecom Order:
2002-409 The
Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 9 September
2002, to introduce item D36(gg), Digital Transmission Facilities – DS-1,
to its Special Facilities Tariff in order to provide a channelized DS-1
facility between the customers' premises in St-Prime, Quebec and the
nearest Bell Canada central office. Reference: TN 6692.
