Broadcasting Decisions:

2002-319 Complaint by the Black Market Coalition alleging that CTY Telecom is operating an unlicensed broadcasting distribution undertaking. [see Broadcasting Letters]

2002-320 TQS inc., Montréal, Quebec. APPROVED - authority to effect the transfer of 4,000,000 common shares in 3947424 Canada Inc., the parent of TQS, from Bell Globemedia Inc. to CTV Television Inc.

2002-321 Suite Systems Inc., Calgary, Edmonton, etc., Alberta; Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Commission revokes the regional licence for the broadcasting distribution undertaking to serve Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Airdrie and Banff, Alberta; Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and Winnipeg, Manitoba.

2002-322 Telile:Isle Madame Community Television Association/ Association Télévision Communautaire de l'Île Madame, Isle Madame, Nova Scotia. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence to operate an English and French-language remote community-based television programming undertaking at Isle Madame. The licence will expire 31 August 2009.

Telecom Decisions:

2002-64-1 National Contribution Fund Administration Agreement – French translation. ERRATUM – Corrections to paragraph 5 of Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-64 dated 15 October 2002. Reference: 8638-C12-45/00.

2002-65 Public Interest Advocacy Centre – Part VII application regarding alleged violations of the contribution regime. The Commission reviews and varies of its own motion Changes to the contribution regime, Decision CRTC 2000-745, 30 November 2000, by removing the restriction on showing the contribution amount as a separate line item on a customer invoice. Reference: 8695-P8-01/01.
