2002-388 The Commission approves an application by La Compagnie de
Téléphone Upton Inc., dated 9 August 2002, to revise
item 2.11, "Service divers de circonscription", under
section 2.11 of its General Tariff, in order to increase the monthly
rates for custom calling features and call management services. Reference:
TN 30. Eff date = 02.10.02.
2002-389 The Commission approves an application by Northern Telephone
Limited Partnership, dated 12 August 2002, to revise item 14,
Integrated Voice Messaging Service (IVMS), under section N490 of its
General Tariff, in order to re-instate the call forwarding arrangements
items at a monthly rate of $1.50 for residential customers and $3.05 for
business customers. Reference: TN 177. Eff. date =

2002-390 The Commission approves an application by Bruce Municipal
Telephone System, dated 15 August 2002, to revise item 4.0, Rate
Schedules for Primary Exchange (Local) Service, under section 100 of
its General Tariff, in order to modify its seasonal cottage service rates.

2002-391 The Commission approves an application by Tuckersmith
Communications Co-operative Limited, dated 13 August 2002, to revise
section 120, Telephone Set Loss Charge, of its General Tariff, in
order to remove all reference to the Telephone Set Loss Charge from its

2002-392 The Commission approves on a final basis an application by
O.N.Telcom, dated 28 July 2000, in order to rename its General
Tariff 25520 as Part A and introduce Abitibi-Consolidated
Telephone System's General Tariff 25300 as part B. Reference:

2002-393 The Commission approves on a final basis an application by
Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 23 June 1999, to introduce item 6,
Basic Listing Interchange File Service, under section TB85 of its
General Tariff. This new item provides local exchange carriers with a
machine readable file containing non-confidential customer listing
information for customers listed in its directory and directory assistance
database Reference: TN 84.
2002-394 The Commission approves on a final basis an application
by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 23 June 1999, for approval of the
unexecuted Basic Listing Interchange File Agreement. Reference: 8340-T8-0272/00.
