Broadcasting Public Notice:
2002-57 The
Commission has received an application from Bell ExpressVu Inc., the
general partner, and BCE Inc., the limited partner, doing business under
the name of Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership, across Canada. For a
licence amendment granting temporary relief from conditions of licence on
simultaneous and non-simultaneous deletion of programming. Intervention
deadline: 2 December 2002.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2002-11 The
Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 10 December 2002
at 9:30 a.m., at The Fairmont Newfoundland, 115 Cavendish
Square, St. John’s, Newfoundland, to consider various broadcasting
applications. The intervention deadline is 15 November 2002.
Telecom Order:
2002-395 The
Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 28 February
2002, to introduce General Tariff item 72, Reference of Calls
service, which is limited to business customers. Reference: TN 6657.
