Newfoundland Broadcasting Company Limited, St. John’s, Newfoundland;
François Labbé, doing business under the style of "Réseau des
Appalaches", Thetford Mines, Québec. RENEWED - Broadcasting licence
for the English-language radio network rebroadcasting CHOZ-FM St. John’s
and its affiliate station CFZY-FM Stockholm, Saskatchewan, as well as the
broadcasting licence for the French-language network in Thetford Mines,
Quebec. The licences will expire 31 August 2009.

Powell River Model Community Project for Persons with Disabilities, Powell
River, British Columbia. APPROVES - Broadcasting licence to operate a
developmental community English-language FM radio station in Powell River.
The licence will expire 9 September 2006.
