Further to its Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2000-2 dated 3 March 2000
relating to its Public Hearing which will be held on 9 May 2000, at
9:00 A.M., at the Holiday Inn Kingston-Waterfront, 1 Princess Street,
Kingston, Ontario, the Commission announces, at the request of the
applicant, the withdrawal of Issue No. 1, Item 6.

approves on an interim basis ISP Telecom Inc.’s proposed General Tariff
covering general terms and conditions and access services.

The Commission approves for Cochrane a final 2000 contribution rate of
$0.0344 per minute and a final direct toll rate of $0.0118 per minute
effective 1 January 2000. |
