CTV Inc., Across Canada. The Commission announces that it
has accepted, by Letter of Authority A00-0083 dated 16 August 2000, the
material filed by CTV Inc. in accordance Decision CRTC
2000-86,
dated 24 March 2000. In that decision, the Commission approved CTV’s
application to acquire an 80% controlling interest in NetStar
Communications Inc. (NetStar), subject to certain conditions.
