What's New - February 11, 2000 The CRTC has implemented a one-numbering system for its
broadcasting and telecommunications decisions and notices. All CRTC decisions and notices
will now be numbered in sequence. We hope that this will make it easier for you to access

2000-39 Star Choice
Television Network Inc., Across Canada. APPROVED - Temporary relief from the
requirements of conditions of licence pertaining to identical programming deletion and for
authorization to offer a second set of « 4+1 » U.S. signals as part of a
discretionary package.

Vision TV: Canada's Faith Network/Réseau Religieux Canada, Across
Canada. DENIED - Application to introduce up to 20 hours each week of local
programming inserts and up to 12 minutes of local advertising in this programming.

transitional digital radio undertakings at Montréal and Laval.

which provides for usage measured digital transmission of voice and data consisting of two
64 kbps B channels and one 16 kbps D channel located between MTS's serving
