| What's New - February 14, 2000 The CRTC has implemented a one-numbering system for its
broadcasting and telecommunications decisions and notices. All CRTC decisions and notices
will now be numbered in sequence. We hope that this will make it easier for you to access
our documents.

TCBC. TN 4022. The Commission approves TCBC's
request to introduce rates for Call Forward No Answer for customers of the
company’s Internet Call Director service and Integrated Voice Messaging
Service. Eff. Date = 14.2.2000.

request to introduce the "Bronze" and "Silver" voice mailboxes as full
service offerings for single-line residential and business customers.

request to realign and reposition the Call Management Services portfolio, to simplify
administration, facilitate customer understanding, and move toward alignment with the same
