DECISION:

2000-4 Norcom Telecommunications Limited, Kenora/Keewatin, Ontario. APPROVED - Renewal of the broadcasting licence for CJBN-TV Kenora/Keewatin from 1 March 2000 to 28 February 2002.

NOTICE:

2000-4 NBTEL Inc., Saint John and Surrounding areas, Moncton and Surrounding areas, New Brunswick - to be authorized to distribute, at its option, the signals of WCVB-TV (ABC), WBZ-TV (CBS), WHDH-TV (NBC), WGBH-TV (PBS) Boston, Massachusetts and WUHF (FOX) Rochester, New York, as part of the basic service. Radio-Nord Inc., Val d’Or, Quebec - To amend the commitments of CHGO-FM Val d’Or and CHGO-FM-1 Rouyn-Noranda. Deadline for intervention: 14 February 2000.

ORDERS:

2000-1 Northern. TN 114. APPROVED. Consolidation of the Centrex Service rate groups to standardize the rates across all of its rate groups in order to simplify the Centrex service offering and to modify certain optional services; to extend the availability of Centrex service across all of its exchange with the exception of those exchanges where suitable facilities do not exist; to make Speed Call 10 part of the Centrex basic service features and to eliminate Speed Call 30 as a Centrex optional feature; to de-standardize the monthly recurring rate for Large Organization Centrex and to offer a new standard rate across all rate groups; and to introduce Centrex Value Package service, which offers a non-customizable set of station features that is limited to those most commonly used (Call Forward, Personal Speed Call 10, Call Transfer/Three Way Calling, Group Intercom/Page, Permanent Hold, Network Class of Service and Ring Again), a maximum of fifteen locals, and integrates access to the public switched telephone network.

2000-2 TCI. TN 167. APPROVED. Initial DS-1 access channel from a specific customer location located outside the Base Rate Area served by the High River central office.
