request to introduce Digital switched service (DSS) to provide the customer access to
Quadros public switched telephone network (PSTN) on DS-1 basis, which will permit

and revise the existing Digital network services tariff to accommodate the introduction of
DSS and to increase certain rates to be consistent with those approved for other telephone
