2000-626 Hurontario TN 28. The Commission approves Hurontario's request to revise the current monthly rental rates and distance charges for local voice-grade and signal channels between buildings on different properties and local voice-grade channels between buildings on continuous property. 2000-627 Québec-Téléphone TN 275. The Commission approves Québec-Téléphone's request to introduce Call Display (name and/or number) promotion, from 31 July 2000 to 9 September 2000.

2000-628 Bell Canada TNs 6463 and 722 (NST). The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to eliminate the current restrictions for the calculation of quantity discounts for DS-1 and DS-3 accesses, to allow them to be combined regardless of the services they were originally ordered for. It also approves the request to allow digital exchange access and Megalink access to be channelized to enable connectivity with other services and to change the conditions for the reduction or waiver of termination charges for minimum contract period commitments.

2000-629 Northern TNs 106 and 106A. The Commission denies Northern Telephone Limited's proposal to set a rate of $0.00173 per minute of originating or terminating traffic for the recovery of the start-up costs associated with the implementation of equal access in Northern's operating territory.
