What's New - March 15, 2000 The CRTC has implemented a one-numbering system for its
broadcasting and telecommunications decisions and notices. All CRTC decisions and notices
will now be numbered in sequence. We hope that this will make it easier for you to access
our documents.

Bell TN 6453. The Commission approves Bell's request to provide
for DMS translations to enable the termination of Digital Exchange Access service on the
customer-provided channel bank equipment located at the customer's premise.

Bell TN 6454. The Commission approves Bell's request to provide
a 128 Kbps digital facility between Drummondville and Notre Dame du Bon Conseil, Quebec.

for central office preparation, installation and maintenance of the customer's 16 DE4S
channel banks in one of the company's Montréal central offices.

to implement modifications to the regime for international contribution with the change

introduce the Megalink Contract Signing Bonus Promotion with a shortened promotional
period, from 15 March to 9 June 2000.
