TNs 50 and 51. The Commission approves,
by majority vote, a $0.20 rate increase for Operator Assistance
(OA) and Directory Assistance (DA) services provided by the members
of the OTA. The Commission also approves the changes to the respective
members OA and DA exemption eligibility criteria.

The Commission approves, by majority vote, a $0.20 rate increase
for Sogetel's Operator Assistance service. The Commission also
approves c hanges to the exemption eligibility criteria for this
service along with the removal of that section of Sogetel's General
Tariff pertaining to the regulation of toll services provided
by incumbent local exchange carriers. |
