Radio Matagami, Matagami, Quebec. APPROVED Broadcasting licence
for a French-language FM community radio programming undertaking at Matagami, expiring
31 August 2006.
NOTICE:
2000-50
Genex Communications Inc., Donnacona, Quebec City, Quebec. To amend the
broadcasting licence of radio station CKNU-FM Donnacona by decreasing the effective
radiated power from 3,100 watts to 2,200 watts; by moving the transmitter site from
Donnacona to Mont-Bélair located at Val-Bélair to provide better service to the Quebec
City market and by being authorized to solicit advertising outside the Portneuf region.
The current condition of licence which prevents it from doing so should then be removed.

Commission approves Northern's request to introduce a sales promotion from 30 March
2000 to 31 December 2002 of any one eligible feature or Smart Package.

the Centrex Small Business promotion.

approves TCBC's request to introduce microCallCenter (mCC) as an optional feature of

Optel vs. Bell. Reference: 8622-020-01/99. Optel
Communications Corporation wants Bell Canada to obtain proof of a customers
acceptance of the minimum contract period for its local link service (LLS) before it
levies termination charges against the customer.

Telesat TNs 1154, 1155 and 1156. The Commission approves, for Telesat Canada, forbearance
from the regulation of cross-border earth station equipment and approves the deletion of
Special Assembly Tariffs. |
