Application forms for new PPV and VOD services
- Applications for new pay-per-view and video-on-demand services filed in the context of
Public Notice CRTC 2000-22 should be filed on the existing pay-per-view application form
(dated 9 July 1993, not available electronically). Applicants need not complete
sections 6, 7 and 8 of Part 1 of the form. In addition, they need not file demand
studies showing consumer demand for their proposed services. All other questions on
the form should be completed insofar as they are relevant to the service being proposed by
the applicant. |
