DECISIONS:

2000-160-1 591810 B.C. Ltd., Across Canada. The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 2000-160 dated 12 May 2000 by renewing the broadcasting licence for the English-language specialty programming undertaking Country Music Television, from 1 September 2000 to 28 February 2001.

2000-164 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Sept-îles and Fermont, Quebec. APPROVED - Addition of an FM transmitter at Fermont.

2000-165 Canadian satellite Communications Inc. and Star Choice Television Network Incorporated, Across Canada. RENEWED - Broadcasting licences for these national satellite relay distribution undertakings, from 1 September 2000 to 28 February 2001.

2000-166 High-Ridge TV Inc., Bjorkdale and Zenon Park, Saskatchewan. Revocation of the licences for the radiocommunication distribution undertakings serving Bjorkdale and Zenon Park.

2000-167 Krimbs T.V. Satellite Association Inc., Invermay, Saskatchewan. Revocation of the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Invermay.

NOTICE:

2000-66 Hastings Cable Vision Limited, Madoc, Ontario. The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A00-0033 dated 28 April 2000, a change to the effective control of Hastings Cable Vision Limited, licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Madoc, through the transfer of all the shares held by the late Gordon Earl Pigden to Mary L. Pigden.

ORDERS:

2000-407 Bell TN 6467. The Commission approves Bell's request to establish extended area service between the exchanges of Québec and Armagh and Québec and St-Damien-de-Buckland. Eff. Date = 16.06.2000.

2000-408 Bell TN 6469. The Commission approves Bell’s request to create, under Item 2170, two new calling features bundles which would include residence and business single-line exchange service as an element of both the SmartPac and visual call waiting packages. Eff. Date = 01.06.2000.

2000-409 Lambton TN 10. The Commission approves Lambton’s final 1999 Carrier Access Tariff.

2000-410 NBTel TN 840. The Commission approves NBTel's request to extend the Basic Business Communications Service Bundle Promotion to 1 September 2000. Eff. Date = 17.05.2000.
