2000-431 Bell Canada
TN 6400. The Commission
approves, on a final basis, Bell Canada's ex parte application to add a simple
connections wireless arrangement to the SimplyOne service.
2000-432 Bell Canada
TN 6428. The Commission
approves, on a final basis, Bell Canada's application dated 23 December 1999 to introduce
a promotion; to change the service name to Advantage KeyPak to align with the name under
which the service is marketed; and to extend the service charge waiver associated with
subscriptions to Advantage KeyPak.

TN 6431. The
Commission approves, on a final basis, Bell Canada's ex parte application to introduce the
Privacy Pack, a new bundled rate element for the residential market, that includes the
following services: Call Privacy, Call Display, Call Answer and Call Answer
Plus.

TN 6459. The
Commission approves, on a final basis, Bell Canada's application dated 25 February 2000 to
implement an additional individual residence line service charge waiver promotion.

final basis, NewTel's application dated 23 December 1999 filed on behalf of itself, Island
Telecom Inc. and NBTel Inc., to introduce Section 6, Promotions, to the APTC Regional
Services Tariff, as well as a sales promotion for selected optional features.

application dated 7 January 2000 to introduce the Centrex Contract Signing Bonus
Promotion.
