2000-457 NBTel TN 817. The Commission approves, on a
final basis, NBTel's ex parte application to modify the requirements of the "Basic
Canada Package - Flat Rated" or "Basic Canada Package - Usage Based"
services (which bundle local access, toll and features) such that customers must subscribe
to only one feature.
2000-458 NBTel TN 819. The Commission approves, on a
final basis, NBTel's ex parte application to modify the Basic Canada Toll/Internet package
to include an additional Internet usage plan.
2000-459 NewTel TN 634. The Commission approves NewTel's request to offer a
custom-built equipment and arrangement service to a customer.

approves Québec-Téléphone's request to discontinue offering Megaroute and Megastream
services for new installations, change of address, moves, and reconfiguration or additions
to existing installations, effective 1 June 2000; and to withdraw Megaroute and Megastream
services effective 31 December 2001. Eff. Date = 01.06.2000.

service effective 1 June 2000.

approves Québec-Téléphone's request to replace the Megaroute service with a new service
called "Service dédié". Eff. Date = 01.06.2000.

TN 273. The Commission
approves Québec-Téléphone's request to amend the digital network services, with respect
to ProxiRéseau service. Eff. Date = 01.06.2000.
2000-464 TCI TN 220. The Commission approves TCI's request to provide an
initial DS-1 access channel from a specific customer location outside the base rate area
served by the Torrington central office. Eff. Date = 29.05.2000.
