John, Saint John, New Brunswick. Decision CRTC 2000-170 should have referred to University
of New Brunswick - Saint John instead of University of Saint John.
2000-171
Télécâble Provincial inc., La Pêche and Hull-West (including parts of
Wakefield, Farm Point and Chelsea), Quebec. APPROVED Acquisition of the assets of
the cable distribution undertaking serving La Pêche and Hull-West (including parts of
Wakefield, Farm Point and Chelsea) from Câblevision Gatineauval inc. The licence will
expire 31 August 2006.

ORDERS:
2000-500 Bell Canada
TN 6401. The Commission
approves, subject to changes, Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6401 and a standard Agreement for
the Provision of 9-1-1 Emergency Service to Centrex Resellers. The Commission clarifies
the responsibilities of incumbent and competitive local exchange carriers and resellers
for providing end-customer information to the 9-1-1 database.
2000-501 Call-Net.

Cross-border Internet traffic. Call-Net's contribution exemption application is given
final approval and applications for such circuits are not required in the future.
2000-502 TCI TN 214. The Commission denies TCI's proposed Payphone card
