withdraw the existing B8ZS options and monthly rates from the Special Assembly Tariff.

The Commission approves SaskTel's request to introduce the MessageManager Fall 2000
Promotion which provides one month's service at no charge and free service connection. It
will be offered to new business or residential MessageManager customers from 1 November to

The Commission approves TCBC's request to offer one free month of the
microCallCentre (mCC) feature to existing and new Centrex customers in British Columbia.
Eligible customers will receive a credit on their fourth month's bill based on the average
