DECISIONS:

2000-392 John P. Wright, on behalf of a company to be incorporated, Kingston; CHUM Limited, Kingston; McColman Media Inc., on behalf of a company to be incorporated, Kingston, Ontario. APPROVED - Application by Mr. John P. Wright, on behalf of a company to be incorporated, for a broadcasting licence for a new English-language FM radio programming undertaking at Kingston. DENIED - Competing applications by CHUM Limited and by McColman Media Inc., on behalf of a company to be incorporated.

2000-393 World Television Network/Le Réseau Télémonde Inc., Across Canada. DENIED, by majority vote - Proposed specialty television service to provide a variety of programming from around the world.

2000-293-1 C.J.S.D. Incorporated, Thunder Bay, Ontario. CORRECTION - In Decision CRTC 2000-293 dated 4 August 2000, the Commission incorrectly listed CJSD-FM Thunder Bay among the radio programming undertakings whose licences were renewed to 28 February 2001 for administrative reasons. CJSD-FM’s licence expires 31 August 2004. It was renewed in Decision CRTC 97-491 dated 26 August 1997.

2000-380-1 National Broadcast Reading Service Inc. (VoicePrint), Across Canada. The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 2000-380, by changing the subparagraph (b) (iii) of Distribution Order 2000-1 as follows: Where a Class 1 or Class 2 licensee distributes services on both an analog and a digital basis, the licensee shall distribute NBRS's programming service in accordance with subparagraph (i); …
