2001-239 Telemedia
Radio Inc., Hull, Quebec and Hawkesbury, Ontario. APPROVED - Amendment of
the technical parameters for the new FM transmitter at Hawkesbury, which
rebroadcasts the signal of the French-language radio station CIMF-FM Hull.
2001-240 Câble-Axion
Québec inc., Lyster and Sainte-Anastasie, Quebec. APPROVED – Acquisition
of the assets of the cable distribution undertaking serving the above-noted
localities, from PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., trustee of Télécâble Lyster
inc., in bankruptcy.
2001-241 Télé-Câble
Multi-Vision inc., Les Méchins and Capucins, Quebec. APPROVED –
Acquisition of the assets of the cable distribution undertaking serving the
above-noted localities, from PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., trustee of
Câblevision les Méchins inc., in bankruptcy.

Québec inc., Saint-Patrice-de-Beaurivage, Saint-Narcisse-de-Beaurivage and
Saint-Sylvestre, Quebec. APPROVED – Acquisition of the assets of the cable
distribution undertaking serving the above-noted localities, from
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., trustee of Naparvision inc., in bankruptcy.
ORDERS:
2001-337 The
Commission approves Québec-Téléphone's request to introduce the
following two residential bundles to individual line service subscribers:
"Forfait de base" includes basic local service and three SmartTouch
options at $30 per month; and "Forfait intermédiaire" includes basic
local service, four SmartTouch options, voice messaging and an additional
directory listing, at $34.95 per month. Reference: TN 301.

2001-338 The
Commission approves on an interim basis the "Procedures for operation of
the revenue-based contribution regime". Reference: 8638-C12-45/00.
