DECISION:

2001-495 Bell Globemedia Inc., Across Canada. APPROVED - Authority to change the ownership structure of the national Category 1 specialty television service called Travel TV.

CIRCULAR:

2001-445 For the attention of radio programming undertakings. Changes to the charts used by the Commission to determine what constitutes a hit.

ORDERS:

2001-645 The Commission approves Northern's request to introduce a new tariff for co-location arrangements, which is consistent with the standard co-location terms and rates approved for Bell Canada. Reference: TN 155. Eff. date = 14.08.01.

2001-646 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to introduce the following bundles to residential customers: Mini-messaging pack which includes call answer, call display and call waiting; Mini-display pack which includes call display, call forwarding, call return and three-way calling. 2001-647 The Commission approves Telebec's request to introduce the "Forfait contact" which includes seven SmartTouch services for residence customers; and increase by $1 the monthly rate for call forwarding. Reference: TN 266. Eff. date = 27.08.01.
