2001-496 Burlingham Communications Inc., Hamilton/Burlington, Ontario. APPROVED - Increase in the effective radiated power of CIWV-FM Hamilton/Burlington from 1,880 watts to 3,600 watts.

2001-497 Cathe Wagg, Campbell River, British Columbia. APPROVED - Decrease in the effective radiated power for CFIY-FM Campbell River, from 50 watts to 27 watts.

2001-498 C.O.R.B. Swift Current & District Inc., Swift Current, Saskatchewan. APPROVED - Increase in the effective radiated power of CHSK-FM Swift Current from 440 watts to 4,719 watts.

2001-503 Craig Broadcast Systems Inc. Application No. 2001-0830-0 - APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to implement a new transmitter at Dauphin, Manitoba to rebroadcast the programming of CHMI-TV Portage la Prairie, as approved in Decision CRTC 2000-19 dated 19 January 2000.

2001-504 Radio CKYK-FM inc., Application No. 2001-0356-5 - APPROVED – Change in the contours of CKYK-FM Alma following relocation of the antenna site.

2001-505 3819914 Canada inc. Application No. 2001-0765-8 - APPROVED – Change in the contours of CJDS-FM St-Pamphile, following relocation of the antenna site.

2001-92-1 Further to its Public Notice CRTC 2001-92 dated 9 August 2001, the Commission announces a correction to item 4.

2001-93 The Commission has received the following application: Alliant Telecom Inc., Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford and Sackville), Nova Scotia. To amend the licence of the cable system serving the above-mentioned localities, by adding a condition of licence that would allow the licensee, at its option, to insert certain promotional material as a substitute for the "local availabilities" (i.e. non-Canadian advertising material) or non-Canadian satellite services. Intervention deadline: 21 September 2001.

2001-94 The Commission has received the following applications: Télévision MBS Inc., Les Escoumins, Quebec; Télé Inter-Rives Ltée, Les Escoumins, Quebec; CJRT-FM Inc., Toronto, Ontario; and Access Communications Co-Operative Limited, Regina, Estevan, Weyburn and Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Deadline for intervention: 21 September 2001.

2001-95 The Commission has received the following applications: Shaw Communications Inc. (Shaw), Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. (Cancom) and Star Choice Television Network Incorporated, Across Canada. To amend conditions of licence related to structural separation. Deadline for intervention: 17 September 2001.

2001-658 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, an ex parte application filed by Aliant Telecom Inc. on 5 July 2001. Reference: TN 40. Eff. date = 17.08.01.

2001-659 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request for a custom-designed arrangement providing for the software activation of a feature known as Intelligent call management automatic call distributor directory number association limit related to the extended call management transmission control protocol/Internet protocol link of Centrex service in a currently equipped DMS switch. Reference: TN 6601. Eff. date = 17.08.01.

2001-660 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to remove several Special Facilities Tariff items which are no longer being billed. Reference: TNs 6602 and 6602A. Eff. date = 20.08.01.

2001-661 The Commission approves La Baie's request to establish extended area service between the exchanges of Baie-du-Febvre and Drummondville. Reference: TN 17. Eff. date = 01.11.01.

2001-662 The Commission approves Northwestel's request to make housekeeping revisions to change call management service display sets to call display sets and to remove the references to the Vista 200. Reference: TN 757. Eff. date = 17.08.01.

2001-663 The Commission approves Northwestel's request to increase the monthly rate for local channels for business customers. Reference: TN 758. Eff. date = 17.08.01.

2001-664 The Commission approves TCI's request to increase by 24.5% the monthly rates for intraexchange and interexchange channels associated with teletype service. Reference: TCBC TN 4155. Eff. date = 17.08.01.

2001-665 The Commission approves Appendices 7 and 8 of Schedule C to the Master Agreement for Interconnection between LECs for TELUS Integrated Communications (2000) Inc. (TIC) and Bell Canada. Reference: 8340-T50-0464/03.

2001-666 The Commission approves TCI's request to increase by 17.3% the monthly rates for the following services: interexchange foreign exchange service; interexchange off-premise service; interexchange private line service; interexchange tie trunk service; and channels for data transmission, and to withdraw its tariff for channels for signal transmission. Reference: TN 400. Eff. date = 17.08.01.

2001-667 The Commission approves, on a final basis, Sogetel's application, dated 13 June 2001, to provide access service for interconnection with long distance service providers. Reference: TN 104.

2001-668 The Commission approves, on a final basis, Northern's application dated 18 June 2001 to provide a virtual private network between a customer and its locations. Reference: TN 151.
