2001-29 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Toronto, Ontario. To increase the effective radiated power of the transmitter of CBLA-FM from 48,000 to 55,100 watts; and to increase the effective radiated power of the transmitter of CJBC-FM Toronto from 3,500 to 5,730 watts combined with a decrease of the height of its antenna. 2001-150 The Commission approves MTS' request to remove the $1 discount available for eligible calling features when customers subscribe to two or more calling features and to make housekeeping changes. Reference: TN 442. Eff. date = 01.04.01.

2001-151 The Commission approves MTS' request to withdraw from its tariffs trademarks that are no longer available to the company due to the organizational changes of Stentor Canadian Network Management. Reference: TN 443. Eff. date = 26.02.01.

2001-152 CRTC denies Bell Canada's proposed Special Facilities Tariff for a one-year extension to an existing five-year Centrex contract. Reference: TN 6531.

2001-153 The Commission approves Télébec's request to continue, in 2001, the following permanent promotional programs : "La Course aux Étoiles", "Introduction des services Étoiles" and "Offre de Bienvenue". Référence : AMT 257.

2001-154 The Commission approves Northwestel's request to include in its tariffs the name of Canada’s newest territory, Nunavut and the name of Kugaaruk, previously known as Pelly Bay. Reference: TN 749. Eff. date = 22.02.01.

2001-155 The Commission approves SaskTel's request to make minor changes to its tariffs, to cancel tariff because of expired promotion and to cancel Item 1000.37, T1 Interface to the PSTN, as this is a discontinued service and there are no remaining customers.
