2001-0734-3 – APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to 19 April
2001 to implement the FM radio programming undertaking at Moose Jaw,

2001-419 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Application no.
2001-0722-8 – APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to 14 November
2001 to implement a transmitter at Sherbrooke, to rebroadcast the
programming of CBM-FM Montréal. The letter will be available on the Web
Site today.
2001-420 Tamil Vision Inc., Across Canada. APPROVED - Category 2
specialty television serviceto be known as Tamil Channel. The licence will
expire 31 August 2007.

ORDER:
2001-574 The Commission approves, on a final basis, Bell Canada's
applications to introduce a promotion during which existing single-line
residential customers in Ontario and Quebec who subscribe to any of the
eligible calling features or bundles will receive a rebate equivalent to
one month subscription for the calling feature or $10 in the case of the
bundle. Customers subscribing to the promotional offer via Bell Canada's
Internet will receive an additional rebate equal to the first month
subscription to a maximum of $20. Reference: TNs 6542/AB.
