2001-452 The
CRTC approves on an interim basis Futureway Communications Inc.’s
PIC/CARE Handbook with the changes set out in the letter.
2001-453 The
CRTC approves on and interim basis the PIC/CARE Handbook of Gateway
Telephone Limited with the changes set out in the letter.
NOTICE:
2001-87 Radio
CJFP (1986) ltée, Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec. To delete the current
condition of licence for CIEL-FM (formerly CJFP-FM) with respect to spoken
word programming which requires that the licensee broadcast a minimum
weekly level of 50% of spoken word programming; Radio Nord Communications
Inc., Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. To requests an amendment to the condition of
licence of CHLM-FM concerning the broadcast of French-language vocal music
(FVM) by decreasing the percentage of FVM that it must broadcast from 95%
to 85% for all of the selections broadcast.

2001-610 The
Commission approves Bell Canada's request to provide a
custom-designed disaster recovery procedure for a customer's call centre
located in Barrie, Ontario, as the disaster recovery program available
under the company's advanced intelligent network is not technically suited
to meet the customer's requirements. Reference: TN 6598.

2001-611 The
Commission approves Bell Canada's request to expand the
availability of telephone number services for use with services other than
those classified as primary exchange services; and to remove the Numbering
Plan Area 416/905 restricted number reservation service which is no longer
applicable. Reference: TN 6600.

Commission approves, on an interim basis, an ex parte application filed by
Bell Canada on 9 July 2001. Reference: TN 6591A.
2001-613 The
Commission approves, on an interim basis, an ex parte application filed by
Northwestel on 18 July 2001. Reference: TN 759.
2001-614 The
Commission denies Aliant Telecom Inc.'s application to remove the
Internet call waiting (ICW) and Internet call manager (ICM) services from
