"Services Étoiles" to "Outils téléphoniques";
increase from $3 to $3.95, the monthly rates for call return, call
forwarding, ident-a-call, call screen, three-way calling and speed call,
and from $4.50 to $4.95, for call waiting for residential local service
customers; and reduce from $3 to $2.95, the monthly rate for intercom
