2001-367 Peace River Broadcating Corporation Inc. Application
no. 2001-0578-5 – APPROVED – Authority to transfer the voting shares
held by J. Stewart Dent and Anita Dent in Peace River Broadcasting Corp.
Inc. to 937593 Alberta Ltd., a company jointly owned by Terrence
Babiy and Cynthia Babiy.
2001-368 Radio du Golfe inc., Saint-Anne-des-Monts, Cloridorme,
etc., Quebec. APPROVED - Addition of transmitters of CJMC-FM
Saint-Anne-des-Monts at Cloridorme, Rivière-à-Claude,

2001-369 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Deline, Inuvik and
Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. APPROVED – Application to change the
programming source of the transmitter CBQO-FM Deline from CHAK Inuvik to
CFYK Yellowknife.
2001-370 Rogers Cable Inc., New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario.
APPROVED - Applications to insert certain promotional material in the
local availabilities of U.S. satellite services.
2001-371 3403688 Canada inc. (Canal Évasion inc.), Across
Canada. DENIED - Request to reduce Canal Évasion’s required
expenditures on Canadian programming in the second year of operation.
ORDERS:
2001-484 The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's request, filed
on behalf of Island Telecom Inc., to increase the monthly rate for
individual line residence primary exchange service by $2.20. The monthly
rates for service packages that include individual line residence service
will also increase by an equivalent amount. Reference: Island Tel TN 554. Eff. date = 05.07.01.
2001-485 The Commission approves on a final basis Tariff Notice
28 submitted on behalf of NBTel Inc., to remove the additional line
rate from the Small business bundles.
2001-486 The Commission approves on a final basis Tariff Notice
547 filed on behalf of Island Telecom Inc. to offer Prince Edward
Island residence or single-line business customer who newly subscribes to
Surfing Simplicity, the bundle free for one month.
2001-487 The Commission approves TCI's request to amalgamate
parts of the former TELUS Communications Inc.'s and TELUS Communications
(B.C.) Inc.'s tariffs for the following services: call management
services, residence value bundle and residence no limits bundle.

2001-488 The Commission approves TCI's request to introduce the
Talking Call Waiting feature in Alberta and British Columbia, which will
offer residential customers the option of hearing the announcement of the
name of the incoming call waiting callers, as opposed to seeing the
display of the name of the caller. Customers must also subscribe to call

2001-489 The Commission approves TCI's request to introduce the
advanced intelligent network (AIN) travel bonus *Connect promotion from 9
July 2001 to 9 June 2002. Reference: TN 9.
2001-490 The Commission approves the Canadian LNP Consortium Inc.'s
Amended and Restated Unanimous Shareholders Agreement.

2001-491 The Commission approves, on a final basis, BMTS'
application dated 23 April 2001 to add Call Name Display to its Centrex
service, and to the increase of the Centrex service monthly three- and
five-year contract rates for Call Number Display.
