dated 26 January 2001 relating to the Public Hearing which will be held on
26 March 2001, at 9:00 a.m., at the Hilton Montréal Bonaventure, 1 Place
Bonaventure, Montréal, Quebec, the Commission announces that the following
items have been withdrawn from this public hearing and rescheduled at a later
