CKVU Sub Inc. Application no. 2001-05363 – DENIED – Request to
create new trust arrangement for the shares of CKVU Sub Inc. – Lecensee
of CKVU-TV – Vancouver.
ORDER:
2001-378
The Commission directs Bell Canada to allow a Type 1 co-locator
which has exhausted the 20 square meter maximum to acquire additional
Type 1 space, where available, in increments of one square meter. All
other incumbent local exchange carriers are to provide comments on the
