2001-283 Quebecor Média Inc., on behalf of Vidéotron ltée. APPROVED – Transfer of effective control of Vidéotron ltée to Quebecor Média Inc. APPROVED - Authority to transfer to QMI the interests currently held by Vidéotron, directly and indirectly, in Cable Public Affairs Channel Inc.
