Commission approves, on a final basis, OTA's application, dated
27 September 2001, filed on behalf of its members, to provide billing
and collection services to service providers for eligible services.

Commission approves, on a final basis, SaskTel's application dated
10 October 2001 to align the rate for activated telephone numbers for
trunk-side access for wireless service providers with that of reserved

2001-832 The
Commission approves TELUS Québec's application, with the exception of
note (y) in article 5.01.02 d (2), to introduce 128 kbps access to its
digital network services and to amend the monthly rate for 128 kbps
