Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 19 November 2001
at 9:00 a.m., at the Best Western Hotel Jacques Cartier,
131 Laurier Street, Champlain Room, Montréal, Quebec, to consider
various broadcasting licences. Deadline for interventions: 25 October
2001.

2001-697 The
Commission approves, on an interim basis, with the changes listed below, ExaTEL's
proposed general tariff to establish general terms and conditions, and

2001-698 The
Commission approves, on an interim basis, Mornington's request to
introduce a promotion which will allow customers to subscribe, free for
30 days, to Custom Calling Features, Call Management Services, Teen
Service and VoiceMail/Call Answer services from 1 October to
31 December 2001. Reference: TN 19.
2001-699 The
Commission approves, on an interim basis, a model Telecommunication
Services Agreement between Microcell Connexions Inc. and
unaffiliated resellers of its local service. Reference: 8340-M29-0805/00.
2001-700 The
Commission approves, on an interim basis, a Telecommunications Services
Agreement between Microcell Connexions Inc. and Microcell
