2001-691 The
Commission approves Bell Canada's request to revise the KeyPak service;
offer a "one-month free" and service connection charge waiver
promotion for new customers subscribing to dial or high-speed bundles,
from 1 September 2001 to 31 December 2001; and offer a
"one-month at your current rate" promotion for existing
customers with dial or 1.5 Mbps bundles, who may wish to try a high speed
or higher speed access, from 1 September 2001 to 31 December

2001-692 The
Commission approves, on a final basis, Bell Canada's application to
introduce a Call display promotion featuring a Calling line ID unit and
providing eligible residential customers with a credit. This promotion
will be offered periodically until 24 June 2002. Reference: TN 6587.
2001-693 The
Commission approves Télébec's request to waive the service charges
associated with Centrex service for all customers subscribing to a Centrex
package on a 3- or 5-year contract basis, from 1 October to
7 December 2001. Reference: TN 267.
2001-694 The
Commission approves TCI's request to conduct a market trial of a new
service called Unified Messaging for residential customers in Red Deer,
Alberta and Kelowna, British Columbia between 17 September 2001 and 30
April 2002 at a monthly cost of $9.95. Reference: TN 13.
