and Labrador. APPROVED – New FM transmitter in St. Vincent’s
to rebroadcast the programming of the CBC’s national, English-language
network service Radio One.
2006-146 Canadian
Broadcasting Corporation, Grand Falls and Baie Verte, Newfoundland and
Labrador. APPROVED – Change of the authorized contours of the transmitter
CBTB-FM Baie Verte, as noted in the decision.
2006-147 World
Television Network/Le réseau Télémonde Inc., across
Canada. APPROVED – Extension of the time limit to commence the operation
of the Category 2 specialty programming undertaking, until 14 June 2007.

the time limit to commence the operation of the transitional digital programming

licences issued to Câblo-Saguenay inc. for the undertakings serving
Saint-André-du-Lac-Saint-Jean, Saint-Augustin, Saint Charles-de-Bourget
and Saint-Edmond-les-Plaines.
2006-152 Island
Radio Ltd., Port Alberni, British Columbia. The Commission revokes the
broadcasting licence issued to Island Radio Ltd. for CJAV Port Alberni.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2006-4 The Commission
will hold a public hearing commencing on 19 June 2006 at 9:30 a.m., at
the Westin Edmonton Hotel, 10135-100th Street, Edmonton, Alberta, to consider
the various broadcasting applications. The deadline for submission of
interventions/comments is 25 May 2006.
