2006-37 Canadian
Satellite Radio Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – Change to conditions of licence
to increase requirements with respect to Canadian and French-language
programming.
2006-38 SIRIUS
Canada Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – Change to conditions of licence to
increase requirements with respect to Canadian and French-language programming.
2006-39 NMTV inc.,
across Canada. APPROVED – Permission to broadcast a maximum of six minutes of
local or regional advertising material during each clock hour for the Category 2
specialty service known as NuevoMundo Television.
Broadcasting Public Notices:
2006-16 Call for
comments on the Commission’s service standards. The Commission invites interested
parties to comment on the matters addressed in this notice, including the
proposed services standards set out in the appendix, no later than Thursday,
2 March 2006.
2006-17 The Commission
has received an application from Bragg Communications Incorporated. Deadline for
submission of interventions/comments: 17 March 2006.
