Broadcasting Decisions:
2006-291 CanWest MediaWorks Inc. and TVA Group Inc., partners in Men TV General Partnership, Across Canada. APPROVED - Addition of a condition of licence and replacement of the preamble of the condition of licence setting out the licensee’s requirements for Canadian programming expenditures, as noted in the decision.
2006-292 O.K. Creek Radio Station Inc., Okanese Indian Reserve, Saskatchewan. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the English-language Type B community radio programming undertaking CHXL‑FM Okanese Indian Reserve, from 1 September 2006 to 31 August 2013.
