Telecommunications Fees. The total amount to be recovered by the Commission for
fiscal year 2006-2007, taking into account the adjustment pertaining to fiscal
year 2005-2006, is $26.631 million.
Telecom Costs Order:
2006-5 The
Commission approves an application for costs by the Public Interest Advocacy
Centre with respect to its participation in the proceeding initiated by Access to
information contained in the incumbent local exchange carriers' Emergency 9-1-1
databases for the purpose of providing a Community Notification Service, Telecom
Public Notice CRTC 2005-7, 22 June 2005. Reference: 8665-C12-20057212 and
