Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2006-6 The
Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 1 August 2006 at 9:00 a.m.,
at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, to
consider the various broadcasting applications. The deadline for submission of
interventions/comments is 6 July 2006.
Telecom Public Notice:
2006-9 The
Commission invites comments regarding whether mobile wireless services, or a
subset thereof, should be considered to be part of the same relevant market as
wireline local exchange services for forbearance analysis purposes and, if so,
how wireless mobile services, or a subset thereof, should be measured for the
purpose of inclusion in the relevant market and calculation of market share loss.

2006-6 The
Commission approves an application for costs by the Public Interest Advocacy
Centre with respect to its participation in the proceeding initiated by Bell
Canada's exclusion application filed on 5 December 2005 pursuant to Retail

2006-7 The
Commission approves an application for costs by ARCH Disability Law Centre with
respect to its participation in the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee

2006-151 The
Commission approves on a final basis Keewatin Municipal Telephone System Tariff
Notices 14 and 15, and Kenora Municipal Telephone System Tariff Notice 39,
including the withdrawal of the Keewatin Municipal Telephone System General
