Broadcasting Decision:
2006-112 Shaw Pay-Per-View Ltd., across Canada. APPROVED – Authority to amend
the licence in order to permit national distribution of its service by licensed
DTH satellite broadcasting distribution undertakings across Canada.
Broadcasting Public Notices:
2006-38 Call for comments on the proposed addition of Baby TV to the eligible
lists of satellite services for distribution on a digital basis, and on the
removal of German TV. Comments on both Rogers’ request to add Baby TV to the
digital lists and the proposal to remove German TV from the digital lists must be
received by the Commission no later than 1 May 2006.
2006-39 Call for comments on the proposed addition of
Phoenix InfoNews Channel to the lists of eligible satellite services for
distribution on a digital basis. Comments on Rogers’ request must be received
by the Commission no later than 1 May 2006.

2006-69 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff
applications: Aliant Telecom Inc. TN 195, MTS Allstream Inc. TN 582, Société en
commandite Télébec TNs 330, 330A and 330B, and TELUS Communications Inc. TNs 417
