Commission approves Bell Canada's interconnection agreement with NorthernTel
Limited Partnership, and directs that where the agreement makes reference to a

Commission approves, with an amendment, an application by Aliant Telecom Inc.,
dated 31 March 2006, proposing revisions to its General Tariff with respect to
