2006-109-1
Starboard Communications Ltd., Belleville, Ontario. ERRATUM – The Commission
replaces paragraph 3 of Decision 2006-109 as noted in the decision.
2006-494
Odyssey Television Network Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – Amendment of its
nature of service condition of licence to alter the amount of Greek-language
programming that must be broadcast.
2006-495
1494679 Ontario Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – Amendment of its nature of
service condition of licence to allow the service to broadcast a minimum of 90%
Greek-language programming in each broadcast week, with the remainder in the
English or French-language.
Telecom Decision:
2006-57 The
Commission directs Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, Bell
Canada, MTS Allstream Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, and TELUS
Communications Company to file within 45 days of the date of this Decision
amended tariff pages with supporting cost studies for their 800/888 Carrier
Identification service. In light of this directive, the Commission makes the
800/888 Carrier Identification service tariffs of these carriers interim pending
the review of the amended tariff pages and supporting cost studies. Reference:

Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff applications: Bell
