Broadcasting Decisions:

2004-144 Slocan Valley T.V. Society, Passmore, British Columbia. APPROVED – Addition of two transmitters to distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the signals of CISN-FM Edmonton, Alberta, and CFMI-FM New Westminster, British Columbia of the broadcasting licence of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Passmore.

2004-145 Radio-Acton inc., Acton Vale, Quebec. APPROVED – New French-language FM Type B community radio programming undertaking in Acton Vale. The licence will expire 31 August 2010.

2004-146 Trinity Lutheran Church, Abbotsford, British Columbia. APPROVED – New very low-power English-language FM religious radio programming undertaking in Abbotsford. The licence will expire 31 August 2010.

2004-147 Jon Pole & Andrew Dickson, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, Renfrew, Ontario. APPROVED – New English-language FM radio programming undertaking at Renfrew. The licence will expire 31 August 2010.

2004-25 The Commission has received an application from Persona Communications Inc., across Canada. Intervention deadline: 21 May 2004.

Telecom Orders:

2004-121 The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 3 March 2004, in order to increase by $2 the non-contracted monthly rate for Centrex service in the smaller volume bands (up to 1,500 lines) in the provinces of Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island and for all volume bands in New Brunswick. Reference: TN 126. Eff. date = 15.05.04.

2004-122 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Cogeco Cable Inc., dated 10 March 2004, to revise its competitive local exchange carriers model tariff. Reference: TN 11. Eff. date = 01.06.03.

2004-123 The Commission approves an application by Prince Rupert City Telephones, dated 3 March 2004, which proposed non-material changes to several items in its General Tariff. Reference: TN 76. Eff. date = 16.04.04.

2004-124 The Commission approves an application by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 1 March 2004, in order to extend the promotion allowing all business and residential customers currently equipped with Touch-Tone to subscribe without service charge to Voice Mail - Personal services. 2004-125 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Globility Communications Corporation, dated 7 November 2003, for amendments to its General Tariff, with an exception and subject to the company incorporating amendments to several rates. 2004-126 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Globility Communications Corporation, dated 7 November 2003, to revise its competitive local exchange carriers model tariff, subject to the company incorporating amendments to item 305, Billing and Collection Service. Reference: TN 4. Eff. date = 01.06.03.

2004-127 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), dated 19 February 2003 and amended on 16 October 2003, to restructure its Centrex service, on a prospective basis, with the following exceptions: the Commission denies TELUS Québec's request to rescind grandfathered Centrex rates associated with existing customer contracts; and the Commission directs TELUS Québec to include additional wording in item 2.01.06b.
