2004-350 Rogers Cable Communications Inc., Ottawa; St. Thomas; Strathroy; and Tillsonburg, Ontario. APPROVED - Authority to substitute certain non-Canadian signals.

2004-351 Cable Public Affairs Channel Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – Addition of program category 13 (Public service announcements) to the list of categories from which the licensee may draw its programming.

2004-352 Radio CJLS Limited, Yarmouth, New Tusket and Barrington, Nova Scotia. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CJLS-FM Yarmouth and its transmitters CJLS-FM-1 New Tusket and CJLS-FM-2 Barrington, from 1 September 2004 to 31 August 2011.
